It was incorporated in 2016, and registered as small industry with MSME. It is engaged in the manufacturing of Switchgear items like BCT (Bushing Current Transformer) upto 765 kV, Outdoor CTs. Upto 245 kV, OIP Bushings upto 245 kV, CSS (Compact Substation or Unitized Sub Station), LV Panels for captive requirement, MV Panels (11/33 kV) and GIS/HGIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) upto 245 kV.

It is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of transformer tanks and has the present manufacturing capacity of 1200 ton per annum. Transweld supplies it entire production of tank to its parent company i.e. Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Limited.
